I think murder is only justifiable when we kill a serial killer or a mass murderer of some sort. Revenge, in my opinion, is definitely not a justifiable reason. The death of Nazis and other mass murdering groups seems to be justifiable because they are getting what they deserve. Sure other people may say that killing anyone doesn't solve anything but i think some people can only be stopped if they are dead....like the Joker for example.

I don't think murder is ever justifiable. That is because murder is something that is committed with malicious intent. The act of killing someone is not called murder in more justifiable situations. There is self-defense, and in war, you don't say soldiers murder others. They win awards for killing people, not murdering. What matters is the intent behind murder.

Like what other people say, I think murder is unjustifiable in all situations except for self-defense. For self defense it will be understandable because you are trying to protect your own life. you would not have any other choice but to kill that person. So, in that kind of situation, I think it is okay. However other than that, I really can't see anytime where it will be right for one person to kill another person.
