Well as of yesterday another states that North Korea has already declared War against relatively the whole world. Because apparently the world has some connections with the United States. And since "North Korea" themselves are going to war, they are asking the embassies in North Korea to evacuate .... well do you think that North Korea care about the embassy in their own country and do you think Kim Jong Un is showing mercy ...? And one more thing according to what i have heard even in War there are rules to follow before an actual war starts. So my answer would be warning the foreigners to evacuate due to possible war happening. I do not think North Korea is dumb enough to actually attack Seoul. There are more than 100 embassy in Korea and thousands of foreigners living in Seoul. If they attack Seoul, that means they can harm not only Koreans but foreigners living in Seoul. All the other countries will be against North Korea and send their troops to support defeating North Koreans. I do not think they are actually going to attack us. They are just so hungry that they have to ask us for some rice.

I think Kim Jung Un is just trying to threaten the world without any real action. North Korea always threatens other countries in order to look powerful or to get something they need. Furthermore, I think Kim Jung Un needs to look stronger, because he was not in power for so long. Therefore, I think he is just trying to look scary to be more powerful.

I think Kim is just full of empty rhetoric. It's well known that NK makes threats with weapons that they don't even have and a lot of what Kim does is just for show. He does it to appear strong in front of his army and the citizens. And they know that they wouldn't be able to go against both SK and the US. So I don't think there's much to worry about.

I dont think that dude is going to actually attack seoul. If they attack korea, they might be doing think like attacking those small island or something similar to what they did last time. I think Kim Jung Un is aware of that fact that everyone else in the world in is south koreas side. so as soon as they attack seoul, they will be attack by the rest of the world and corrupt anyway.
