I like Rama because he seems to have morals and sticks by them. He is also a good leader and seems to be good at heart. Seems like an exemplary being.

I liked Rama too. From many Gods that we've learned this year, I think Rama was the mose wise and idealistic god. As Julie said, Rama was even unrealistically perfect who even waits for his enemy to get back from faint. As we saw some of violent/arrogant gods, I liked Rama the best.

My favorite god is Rama because he seems most like a typical god. He's strong, powerful, caring, virtuous, and honorable. And Rama is depicted in Indian culture as the perfect husband. I believe that gods need to be perfect because they are superior over us and we look up to them as our role models.

I like Rama since he is the one who is illustrated the most in Hinduism. Hindus consider him to be the perfect example of a human being even though he was a god. A deity who possessed the strong will of love and courage. Strength and wisdom, who not only appeared as Rama but also in the form of Krishna as well.

I like that Durga god that Jessica mentioned. The god is invincible and has many arms. But most importantly, he rides a tiger. I don't know about you guys, but my childhood was filled with memories of me trying to climb on my dog and pretend I was riding a tiger. A tiger, lots of arms, and invincibility: there are so many possibilities. Durga's cool.

Ganesh is kind of funny. the way he picked up an elephant head and use it as his own is kind of funny. his story also unforgettable because it was one of the famous stories between all of the hindu gods in that society.

My favorite god is Zeus. As you guys may know, he is well- known for being in love with many women. Although his actions are nothing to be proud of, he doesnt seem to feel that he should feel ashamed of himself. Instead, he instead seems proud and confident about everything he does.

I am not sure if you would consider him a formal "god", but my favorite immortal being is Hades, lord of the dead and the underworld. There are many epics and myths about this deity which makes him my favorite. I really think that Hades is the "good guy" type because he is the only god where he hates his job but does not fuss over it. Even though the other gods do not like Hades, I believe that his certain hostile character makes him even more attractive.

I think the coolest god though, is Shiva. He is depicted as a fallic symbol! How rad is that? I mean, how sex drived do yiu have to be to get the title of a fallic symbol? I bet it took some hard work and effort.

Hmmm, maybe not god but gods. I really like the Greek gods as a whole. Mainly because the Greek gods are just these big unhappy family so it creates this drama of overpowered deities that are constantly mad at each other and us humans are simply just a way for the to get at each other. Whats that?! Zeus got at Hera? Best solution: Transform into a bull and have half human babies with the princess of Crete. They always make humans life's more difficult by spawning some half woman half lion creature that doesn't let you pass to the next village unless you answer some of her crappy riddles...
