who is your favourite God?

In class we learnt about indian's culture.
We learnt of many different God.
Which one was your favourite or the most interesting God for you guys?
I really liked the elephant face lookinchubby boy God.

Even though we did not really talk about this god during the class, I really like the goddess Durga. Durga is known as "the Invincible" and is most of the time shown with many arms, such as Ravana. She carries various weapons and has killed many evil demons in the past. Also she is always often depicted, sitting on a tiger. I think that she represents the fierce and brave side of the women.

Do you mean Indra sojoung? I like Rama because of his personality. His respect towards people is very rare because not many people can respect one another in a way that he did to his followers or even to the enemies. The fact that he waits for Ravana to recover gave me inspiration that I should be as kind as he is.

to me I really the god named Rama because he is wise and clever. and someday I really want to be like him wise and smart. he is strong also and I wanted to follow him someday. but I don't really mean be following him just his ideal and character.

My favorite god is Shiva. I like Shiva because he destroys in order to preserve. Because of his responsibility, he is one of the most important gods. Also the paradox in his responsibility makes me like him.

I think my favorite god is Rama. I think he is a really good god. He always tries to see the good in people and he is a really good leader to his people. I feel like he has really good values unlike Ravana.

Yea I like Rama as well because he is considered the ideal leader and man. Moreover, he gave Ravana a second chance when Ravana was weak and without any power. He is very generous in his actions.

I like the god Vishnu. I really think its cool how vishnu would choose to reincarnate into mortal form to help the world and ultimately save the world. He seems like a really caring guy. Also as we can see through his reincarnation as Rama, Vishnu seems to have the ideal characteristics of a leader. Also the blue skin is cool... sorta like avatar haha. But really an infinite god represented by skin color seems really interesting

I like Brahma. I noticed how throughout Ramayana, he isnt really in anyones side. Hes just chilling and watching the show basically. Yeah he created everything and everyone but hes not really active with the whole war. Haha I think I like him because he seems so mature. I can totally picture him just relaxing with a smile on his face watching the two teams figgt.

I think ravana was cool. Who would've ever thought that every time someone is going to gut my head or arms they're gonna grow back. I mean he's like a lizard....growing tails back!....haha I mean for someone to have as much power like e did, maybe it did make sense for him to have a "superpower" like that.

I like Rama because he respects his followers. If I was to be a follower of a god, I would want to be with the leader who respects me and listens to me. I would not want to listen to a leader who is always angry at someone and disrepects his people like Ravana.

I really like Ganesh lol. Mostly because if his story. The fact that he just picked up an elephant head and had to live with it kinda makes me smile.

Unlike many of us here, I personally like Ravana and I kind of understand his style because his characteristic traits such as impatience and selfishness are very realistic traits in todays' world. Unlike Rama whose wise and respectiful in everything seems perfect, but "too" much perfect which does not fit in today's society. Therefore I find Ravana attractive since he is a realistic portrait.

My favorite God in the story "From the Ramayana" is Rama. This is because when Ravana collapsed and fainted on the floor and Matali told Rama to kill Ravana when Ravana gets weak, Rama decided to not to. He thought that it's not a fair warfare to attack a man when he is down. This shows that Rama is a just man and this is the reason why Rama is my favorite god. I was able to learn something from him.

My favorite god from the story is Ravana. Rama was cool too but he seems to perfect to be real. I think Ravana shows more realistic side of humans and leaders in the world. I thought it was cool how he had a lot of heads and arms. It's kind of gross but it would be cool because you can do so much more stuff if you had multiple heads and arms. Imagine how much more I can eat if I had more heads
