Death penalty

I think death penalty should be legal-no human can decide who is good or bad. No human can decide who should die or live. We know that the government is not perfect and that decision of life or death is important. We cannot let imperfect government have such a power.
Death penalty also cannot impose fear on criminals. Most criminals are not really afraid of death, and some of them even want to live in jail. I also believe death penalty as a punishment can be weak-letting criminals be criticized by the world can be a better punishment.

Revenge always wins, and that's for sure. If one commits crime, someday, no matter what happens, revenge will find its way up to him to pay for the consequences. So, talking about death penalty, who are we to judge? It's the Almighty who will judge the sinner for his crimes. That's all I can say.
