People like to see things that are different from us or what we don't have. We like to watch things that are highly unrealistic because our life is too normal and ordinary. Its not that the lives we have now are boring or anything like that, but people tend to have a bit more excited, thrilled or passionate life.
ALSO, most of the time, the actors of superheroes are HOT.
