It takes a lot of being a good leader. You got to excel on what you are doing and more importantly, you ought to know what you are doing. Its not only the power that makes a good leader, his amicable behavior, his openness to discussion, his doings that makes him respectable defines a great leader.

Throughout history there were always two types of leaders: instrumental leaders and inspiring leaders. The instrumental leaders were those who actually led a group to a cause while inspiring leaders kept the group high in moral. Honestly I believe a good leader should be able to both inspire his people and lead them at the same time.

i think good leader is a person who can decided things but also include other people's opinion and manipulate it to some srt of shape everyone will agree with. a good leader better make a plan and take an action for a change. A leader has to be strong, smart, and be albe to show people that they has to be respected.

I guess good leader would be thinking about the citizens as his or her main priority. The leader who does not care about citizen would be a dictator. Only thinking about the country's benefit will not help the country to develop because citizens will be complaining and that might lead to a disaster

A good leader is someone who takes responsibility for the things that the leader is given leadership also. A good leader should also be able to follow instructions well, because to be a good leader, you need to be able to be a good follower as well. Also, a good leader is someone who takes care and cares about the people they take leadership over.
