I don't want to live forever. As I watch a movie named "twilight" which tells a story how vampires don't die. The people who don't die have to watch their best friends and all their lovers leaving them because of the death. Also, I think an eternal life loses the meaning of living.

Live is a very important gift and I can thank God for that but I don't know if I want live for ever because sometimes there's things that happen in our lives that we can't handle. So I think live the life is important but I think sometimes we have to accept that death is also part of life.

If the eternity is peaceful rather than chaos and war, I would to some extent. But what is the use of living forever if you do not have any challenges to face, any problems to solve. That's what makes us human being, so unique.

I also agree that being immortal is not a good idea. Some people may be afraid of dying at all, however, how boring would it be to continue on living without an end? Afterlives may be a fearful idea and I also feel the same, but immortality would not bring any benefits. Gilgamesh may have wanted to be immortal because he was just simply afraid of dying?

i would like to live forever, but living too long is also a pain. so i wish i dont live forever but dont live a short life either. ^_^ beside if i live forever, then i will grow old and my body will weaken and i will have slow movement which sucks. instead i would rather have youth life forever.

I had never had the thought of living forever cross my mind. I am the kind of guy who gets tired of life pretty quickly... unfortunately. If i were to live forever my life as I image it would be pretty darn painful. Death is the second most beautiful thing in life, it is the process that isn't so pretty.

Some people would love to live forever, but after they thinking about it, they changed their minds and back to reality. If they believed in the afterlife, i bet they dont want to live forever.

I think it's okay to be able to live forever only if health and the beauty remains the same. If I don't get any older than what I am right now, it's not so bad. I would like to live high qualified life though. It doesn't necessary has to be super super long, but I want my life to be worth spending and worth trying. I want to have an exciting life.

Oh yeah! But that's impossible. I always wished for having an eternal life where I would be free, free like a bird, and do not have to worry about death. With immortality, I could have a chance to make a better of myself, learning from the mistakes I would make and try to be more peccadillo. I would also want to see the world change as it goes by, see the new advances the humankind would come upon and differentiate about the time from then and on. But, again, that's just a wish.

well i wanted to life forever and not age at the same time than that would be the most best thing that anyone could have wanted including me. than i can abandon everything and just do what i like to do all the time because i have infinite amount of time i can spend to do and experience everything. from that it would be paradise for me.

I once was a very big fan of twilight but that was when i was naive and knew nothing about love. However, when I think about being immortal and living alone... I think that would be terrible. I mean sure it would be cool seing society "develope" but honestly i think the most beautiful thing after life itself is death. Honestly we all live to die... someday atleast.
